✔MORNING:

Step 1: Cleanse with Calm Cleanser. apply quarter size amount to center of palm and add a small amount of water. Gently massage onto skin in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2: Apply 1-2 pumps of Calm Moisturizer to entire face and neck.


✔EVENING:

Step 1: Cleanse with Calm Cleanser. apply quarter size amount to center of palm and add a small amount of water. Gently massage onto skin in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2: Apply 1-2 pumps of Hydra Calm Serum to entire face and neck. Week 1 use 3 times a week, Week 2+ can increase to daily use.

Step 3: Apply 1-2 pumps of Calm Moisturizer to entire face and neck.

Our products do not contain harsh preservatives so we recommend using them up within 6 months of purchase. Opened products will remain stable up to one year, but using them at their freshest is always recommended.
