SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ALL ORDERS:
- We always offer the most cost-effective shipping method.
- Shipping cost is displayed before entering payment information.
- Order processing will start on the same business day when placed Monday through Friday by 9 AM PST
- All orders required a 1-3 business days processing time (for packing and handling) before being sent to the courier for shipping.
- Will included a tracking number
CANADA
- Free Expedited Shipping on Canadian orders over $50 CAD
- Most Canada-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.
- Once your order is sent to the courier for shipping, your order will arrive within 2 to 7 business days. (Within Canada)
- Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated based on weight and location.
- Shipping courier will be Canada Post
UNITED STATES
- Free standard international shipping on U.S. orders over $100 USD
- All orders include a tracking number
- Shipping courier used will be either USP or Canada Post
- Once your order is sent to the courier for shipping, your order will arrive within 4 to 6 business days (Within US). Any delays at the custom border may change delivery time.
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated based on weight and location.
- Customer is responsible for all customs and duties. Please see the end of this page for details.
- Shipping courier will be Canada Post
INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA)

- Orders placed on national holidays will be processed within the next business day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES: (United States ONLY)
- US orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or taxes charged by the destination country.
- The customer is responsible for paying any inbound duties determined by their local customs authority.
- Customs duties are in addition to the cost of international postage and are not included in the product price.
- PhytaGlow Skin Care does not reimburse customers for customs duties, tariffs, or taxes.
CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS: (United States ONLY)
- US orders may be subject to customs inspections.
- PhytaGlow Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by inspections.
- Tracking information may not be updated during customs inspections. Contact the local post office for updates.
