RETURN POLICY

    We appreciate your support and understand that you are making an investment into your skin by purchasing our products, and for that reason w,e have created a policy that is balanced, flexible, and sensible for both parties.

    Due to the nature of the product and to ensure that we continue to provide quality products:

    There are no refunds, but you can return any product within 21 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us.

    We have over 15  products so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

     

    How To Return Your Products:

    Before you return your product, please email us at info@dermaly.com with a picture of the product and the reason for the return. This will help us to track the current condition before shipping).

    Product must be re-packaged in it's original shipped box- Carefully package your return products, be sure to include:

    • Receipt (original or copy)- required
    • Preferred email address
    • Reason for your return (We appreciate feedback)

    The return address will be provided in our email response. 

    What Happens Next? 
    When we receive your items(s), we will email you with instructions and information about how to apply your return as an online credit from your return when you purchase new products. 

    -Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process after we receive your return. 
    -Shipping is not included in return credits. 


    Refund on Promotional Items:
    If you chose to return an item(s) that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase or discount the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount.

    If returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    Cancellations
    Once an order has been processed through our website, there will be 1-2 day processing time frame in which you can cancel your order.

    Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at info@dermaly.com .

    If you're canceling your order after it's been already shipped out:

    -Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. 
    -You will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.

    If the order has not been shipped,
    -We will also refund the whole amount including any shipping charges. 

    Non Delivered Orders (Orders arrived at your location and is not picked up)

    • Our shipping provider will provide notice in your track history for “Attempted Delivery”. To ensure you receive your order, it is critical to provide the correct shipping address, email and contact number when placing your order.

    • Canada Post will hold non-delivered parcel(s) at their facility for only a certain amount of days before automatically shipping it back to our warehouse.

    • In order to re-ship a returned non-delivered parcel, a $30 fee will be applied to allow us to re-send your order.
