Refund Policy

This policy applies only on guaranteed items. 

After Your Purchase- You have 60 days starting from the date your package arrives to try it out. We genuinely hope you'll be thrilled with the results and share your positive experience with us.

However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, requesting a refund is simple!

Before you ask for a refund, we recommend using the product for at least 3 months. This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity to assess its effects.

If you've decided to return the product, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Verify that you’re still within the 60-day period from the delivery date. Check the delivery date using your tracking number on the carrier's website.

Step 2:
Email our support team at info@dermaly.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line, and let us know you're not convinced by the product.

Step 3:
Return all bottles, (regardless of whether they are empty or used), to the following address. Opened or unopened bottles are fine. Include a note with your full name, email, and order ID (optional) to help us process your request promptly.

As long as you send back ALL the bottles and packing slip, you can be assured the refund will be processed in only a few days after we receive your package.

Please note, we do not support return shipping costs.

Step 4:
Be patient, once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund quickly. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done. Please be aware that it might take 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
